Tell us about you and the unique qualities or expertise you have?
My unique qualities include that I am a very good communicator and find that it is easy for me to relate to many of my families because either I have been through what they are going through. Also, just the fact that I too am a mother. I feel the same stresses as they do.
What is your favorite part of the service you provide?
My favorite part of the services that I provide is the relationships and bonds I build with my families. Sometimes all we need is someone to listen. To talk to.
When you are not providing services to families, what do you like to do in your spare time?
In my spare time, I like to go for long walks. I sometimes walk for 2 hours. Walking helps clear my mind and allows me the needed time to myself.
What is something unique about yourself that you would like others to know?
A unique quality that many do not know about me is that I love guns. I enjoy going to the gun range and shooting. I own a few weapons and carry them on me most of the time. Another quality that many do not know is that I have played the violin since the 5th grade. It is rare that I bring it out now, but I have it stored away in my closet for a rainy day.
